Thanks, Babsje. I only see them for a bit during the summer but I never tire of it. Of course the riding part is even better. ๐ I love your heron shots as well.
Simply majestic. I also really like your choice of darkening the edges to really focus the eye on the center of the frame, adding to the dramatic effect.
That vignette feature can really, as you say, add dramatic effect and get the eye to focus on the important part of the photo and it’s less formal than a frame.
The couple who are the caretakers go out on horseback in the mornings and bring them in. The funny thing is that on Thursday, the day they don’t come in and can stay in the pasture, most of them are usually at the gate ready to come in. Force of habit. ๐
Beautiful. ๐
It’s a lovely sight to see each morning…except for Thursday, which is the horses day off to stay out in the pasture. ๐
What beauties.
๐ That they are.
Oh, great!
Glad you liked it, Sue. I’ve never tired of it over all the years I’ve been at the cabin.
๐๐
They’re so beautiful.
There’s just something about horses. Did you see and photograph the mustangs?
How beautiful! You are fortunate to see scenes with such beautiful horses. Best, Babsje

You’re so fortunate to ride them as well! How lovely that must be. Best, Babsje
I do love it and feel quite blessed, not only to be able to ride but to ride in such a beautiful place.
That’s beautiful.
It’s a sight I always enjoy.

Oh, look at those handsome guys. Do they come in on their own or does someone call them in?

All the pretty horses!
๐.
Look at those gorgeous creatures! How wonderful it must have been to spend 2 weeks in the wilds of Wyoming with these guys! ๐
And with my husband too. ๐
Stunning, Janet!
Even better in person. ๐๐๐๐๐๐
