Welcome to Thursday Doors the 2022 edition. The doors you’ll find here range from ordinary to unique. The ones I found in southern California last year are also varied. The first doors are for your ego.
These doors are for working while looking great.
And these are in-doors. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by and opening the door to this post. Sorry for any lateness on my part in visiting your blog. Lots of family stuff going on right now as well as trying to get some baking and housework done. I’ll get there.
if only I had a sports car 🙂
Do they come in 4-wheel drive? 🙂 🙂
Great response!
Thanks, Sheree. I realize that the doors aren’t what anyone looks at, but who cares? They have doors and they’re fun. 🙂
Exactly
Sadly only the last one is within my budget!
Ours as well. I’d love to have the second one although I’d love to drive the first one on an empty highway.
Love your description! Doors with wheels! 😀
🙂
Great door theme, I was lucky enough to have a drive in a Lotus Elise a few years ago, it went like a rocket.
That must have been a blast, pun intended. My dad had a Jaguar XKE for a time many, many years ago and when you put the pedal down, there was no hesitation, it just flew. Biggest problems were oil consumption and if something happened to it, you had to get a flatbed truck to haul it, not a tow truck. But what fun to drive!
Those are great doors, Janet. I love car and truck doors. I’m curious about those steps. I guess you start out by climbing up the tire. Now I want to try 😉
They are a bit mysterious, aren’t they? I imagine they’re to help you to get to things on the roof, but ?? 🙂
They’re all really nice. The SUV is really kitted out isn’t. It looks like it would do very well in the outback or our BLM land. I hope you get caught up soon.
I think it would do well in our garage frankly. 🙂 It’s a cool for its category as the Lotus is for its. Sweet rides both, but oh the insurance!
And maintenance bills! 😮
And then there’s that.
Ooooo, fabulous doors, Janet. Happy New Year.
Thanks, Teagan, and congratulations on winning the contest. I’m sure you’ll be getting an enormous check soon. 🙂
I love the Christmas tree truck!
That one I could have afforded but I have too many Christmas decorations as is. Pretty cute, though.
Love this take on, creative!
Thanks, Amy. I just had to get that Lotus on the blog somewhere. 🙂
You are clever. A door is a door is a door, no matter where it is or the size of it!
Sounds very Dr. Seuss-ian. 🙂
That yellow ring at the nose of the sports car. Is that to wind it up with? 😀
Hmmmm, I think not! 😊
The Lotus Elise – simply the best driving car in the world – no supercar can match it. I am biased – here’s mine: https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2871428399241365976
Wow, that’s a beauty, Robin. How do you manage to keep it below the speed limit…or don’t you? 🙂
Love the little green truck! Happy baking and time with family. 🙂
I did get some baking done, which was great, and time with family is almost always good.
Love that last one🙂. These are fun!
