I don’t know but they have to take everything apart to move according to what we were told at the installation. Can you imagine taking all that apart, packing it, and loading it??
had to chime in on the takin it apart because right now – we have one of my father-n-law pieces of glass art that he bought in Hawaii decades ago – and it is wrapped in pieces and sadly we think some were lost – but it is crazy t have art that is assembled and taken part….
well even more sad my husband almost tossed it – but in his defense – he has little attachment to “things” and my father-n-law had a tough time getting rid of things (like basically he didn’t want to part ways with anything – but he did each time he moved ) anyhow, he passed away in Dec (was in hospice) and there are many things still to sort. Other family members said they wanted “nothing” (except for a hat) but I am going to set up some of the art and then see if folks change their mind – I will try and get a photo of the glass art piece when I assemble it
Andy the way – how are your parents?
My parents have lots of “stuff” too and aren’t in good enough shape to really go through it now. I may try to help with that but neither of them can stand very long and I’m pretty busy just taking care of day-to-day things.
Chihuly is a master glass blower. I visited his gallery in Vegas. I think his artwork his superior to anything I’ve ever seen. Great talent. You’ve captured his artwork perfectly. Love ❤️ it
Wonderful! Have a good weekend, Janet!
Thanks, Jo, and you as well. Heading off to another garden today, this time in Tucson. No Chihuly but I’m sure it will be quite nice.
Wow! That’s beautiful, Janet.
The photo doesn’t begin to show how stunning it actually is, but I did my best.
Cheers to capturing more Chihuly!
And more to come, Frank.
That’s so neat! It evokes thoughts of a pond with ripples, or a spider web over a pond. 😀
The reflections were as lovely as the whole thing. 🙂
Your title for this is spot in!
And the photo doesn’t do it justice either, Donna.
Beautiful! And how on earth can they produce such graceful and intricate pieces of glass?!

Sad to think some pieces might be missing.

There really is no match for Chihuly is there Janet? Beautifully captured.
His work takes my breath way.
This glass art is wonderful –
It really is, Yvette.
Yes I’m speechless in wonder of this beauty
As was I, Pauline. 🙂
Beautiful colors and fabulous light!
I’m glad you liked it, Amy, but it doesn’t even begin to compare to actually seeing it in person.
Wow! It is so beautiful!
The beauty of it gripped my heart.
Oh absolutely 💕
Wow! Beautiful!
Pat
Many “wows!” 🙂
