Mom went home to be with the Lord yesterday afternoon. We’ll miss her but are so thankful and happy that she’s no longer suffering but is in a body better than that she had on earth and is filled with joy forever. We’ll see her again one day. Thanks for all your prayers during this time. ❤️

  30. Tina Schell says:

Thinking of you Janet – while we console ourselves when a loved one’s passing is the end of suffering, it is still difficult for those left behind. May your faith sustain you my friend.

  31. Dear Janet,
There are no words to express how sorry I am for the loss of your special mother. I know she was special because she created the wonderful person that you are. It’s always difficult to endure the loss, no matter how much we think we’re prepared. Sending healing hugs to you and your family. May the memories you have of her keep her forever in your heart ❤️ R.I.P.
    Blessings,
    Isadora 🙏🙏🙏

  32. Continued thoughts/prayers during this difficult time.

  33. We never want our loved ones to suffer, so they are released to a better realm… yet when one has doted on a loved one as long as you have your mother, there’s a daily routine that is suddenly altered… sending you strong love as you adjust, though most likely you’re seeing little snippets of your mother in many places, a comfort to your senses.
    love, lisa

    • Thanks, Lisa. I’m completely at peace with her passing because I know she’s in heaven and out of all that caused her pain and suffering. She had a wonderful, long life and we were blessed to be able to be here for the last several years and help so much.

      • I felt the same way with both parents – which I think is our ‘gift’ of doing all we could when they were with us, so there are no regrets. And now they’re on our ‘team’ – extra angels watching over us – and cheering for us. It gives me comfort to know that you are out there sprinkling joy on everyone you meet – and leaving a trail of happy energy!

      • That’s a lovely thing to say, Lisa. Thank you. I’m doing whatever I can now to help my dad.

  34. marianallen says:

I’m so sorry for your loss! I understand the relief of seeing a loved one released from suffering, but I also know how releasing the suffering one also means losing the active, happy one who came before the suffering. HUGS and more HUGS

  35. Resa says:

Oh my! Deepest condolences, dear Janet! Loss for words.

    • Thanks, Resa, but you don’t need to feel bad. Mom is in heaven with a perfect and healthy body and we miss her but are happy to know she’s no longer suffering either physically or from frustration at not being able to do much of anything. She was ready to go home.
