A single bird making a landing in the reflecting pool at The Barnes Museum in Philadelphia (an odd number.)
An odd reflection of that same pool.

Those reflections in both pictures are beautiful. I am a sucker for reflections in water.
I am too, Peggy. 🙂
That reflection is odd. I like it
Sometimes I enjoy a perfect reflection and at others I like ones like this, just a bit (or sometimes a lot) distorted.
Beautiful reflections.
Thanks, Laurie, and happy Friday.
That second photo is trippy. In a good way
I agree. I cropped the photo so only the reflection showed but it’s fun either way.
I wonder what existential crises the bird was reflecting on?
Probably just making the perfect landing. 🙂 But who can fathom the thoughts of a bird? Not I.
Wow! Those Reflections are AWESOME! And nice capture with the bird landing! So precious!
That bird was pretty cute and making the perfect landing. 🙂
I love the pebble bottom!
It was very attractive, JT, and because the pool was shallow, it showed to advantage.
reflecting odds, I like it 🙂
That little bird was so intent and I love the upside down reflection. The original shot had both reflection and the reflected but it’s fun this way.
I like your odd reflections 😀
Thanks, Madison.
I so enjoyed both of these marvelous Philly photos, Janet. I really like that first one for the distinctive two parts and the bathing bird.
That’s what I like about the first photo too, Jet, although o don’t remember whether the bird was betting or just landing. Not that it matters. It was photogenic. 😉
