You’re welcome. I love them both, but the deer drew me in. We have a doe with a baby living in our back field. She comes up by our barn on most evenings and drinks from our small pond.
We’ve been watching the Tour de France every day which is something great to do inside. We actually got a decent rain last night so I was very, very thankful for that!! It’s been a fairly dry monsoon season so far.
Perfect portrayals if the two seasons 🥶🥵
Thanks, Debbie. Hopefully everyone will take the slider all the way to the left to spot the fawn. 🙂
What an amazing comparison!
I’m glad you liked it, Aletta. I loved both those seasons in the park in Illinois.
Great 😊
Lovely!
Thanks, Tish. I’m a fan of both seasons, although they’re very different in Arizona.
You said the ‘w’ word and showed the ‘s’ word. How could you? 🙂
Hmmm, you should have see both using the slider or am I missing a nuance here?
Winter and Snow – both words give me the creeps because I know they’re coming along. 🙂
Ah, I thought you were talking about W(inter) and S(ummer) and couldn’t figure out why the S would bother you. 🙂 🙂
I know that forest. Nothing like winter or summer in the Midwest. Stay well. Peace.
Thanks, Clay. As odd as it seems to many here in the Southwest, I enjoyed both winter and summer. 🙂
Excellent comparison!
Thanks, Sue. 😁
Pleasure!
Beautiful!!!
Thanks very much, Jessica.

That’s really cool – and, I spotted both Janets 🙂
Oops! I’d used that photo before but forgot about two copyrights. Sigh.
I love that you included the deer too.
XOXO

Often the deer would hear a/o see me coming and run away but every so often I’d turn and there one or more would be.
Just to let you know, I tried to comment on your laundry post but my laptop or other site wouldn’t let me connect through my Google account. Sigh.
That’s unfair. The deer wins it for summer anytime (although you have a very pretty winter picture).
I loved both views. I know many people find that odd, but I usually enjoyed winter and snow.

So do I!
Plus the doe has a fawn with her which automatically gives her extra “Awwww” points. 🙂
Interesting!
I like to use that slider every so often and this time it allowed me to combine the two words offered for the challenge.
Gorgeous contrasting images, Janet. Hope you can find some fun things to do out of the heat this weekend! 🌞
