The sun hot, the beach not too crowded, time with friends and family, walking with feet cooled by the lapping waves…a lovely weekend morning.

The best way in the world to enjoy yourself.

  6. Great timing and a great post for me to return. Hope all is well with you and yours.

    • Hi, Frank. It’s always nice to hear from you. We’re doing well, visiting in Southern California for a few more weeks with family, including our grandson who’s just over five months old now. So as you can imagine, we’re having fun.

  7. Dan Antion says:

    Beautiful photos, Janet.

  8. Ally Bean says:

Looks divine. I’m not envious of you doing this at all. 😉

    • 😎. If it’s any consolation, it’s unusually hot so this upcoming week is not going to be quite as much fun as it could be. That being said, we’re having a good time and I’m glad you could come along on the beach walk.

  9. Beautiful walk, thanks for taking us along with you 🙂

    • Just found your comment in my spam folder, the one legit comment out of 111! I’m glad you enjoyed the walk and I hope it’s not too hot there. I’d forgotten a bit about the humidity after 2 1/2 years in Arizona. 🙂

  10. It looks lovely and sounds wonderful.

I should look at your post with my feet in a little bath tub!

  13. Hammad Rais says:

    Oh wow!
This looks so amazingly wonderful 🙂

    • It was quite nice, Hammad, with the shade and a breeze plus the water to cool us off. Has the flooding gotten any better there?

      • Hammad Rais says:

The flood situation is still looming wildly. The water level is so high that several protective dykes and ring embankments are been washed away, threatening countless small villages. Some 100,000 people would be displaced in coming days. One of my friends home village is on high alert. He and his family have moved to the safety but they had to leave their homes and their belongings.

      • So sorry about that.

  14. Always nice to walk on the beach!

  15. Resa says:

    Wow, what a gorgeous beach!

  16. Rupali says:

A lovely walk. This reminds me that I hadn’t have a beach walk for some time.
