I made it back safely after a lovely time of wallowing in the beauty of Joshua Tree, but it’s late and I’m for bed. Here’s an initial look back after entering the park at the north entrance (for those of you familiar with the the park.). I’ve also run out of storage on my iPhone, probably due in large part to the well over 3,000 photos on it, so I have to tend to that tomorrow so I can share more with you. 😉. I confess that as I hadn’t planned a trip here, I didn’t have my Nikon, just my phone. But it and I did our best.
And by the way, happy spring of you live in my hemisphere.

it looks like an amazing place
It is and was especially wonderful this trip.
Wow!
My thought too. 😉
😄
My daughter and her friend are going to Joshua Tree next month for spring break.
Should be great.
We wait for the other 2999 photos with interest.
Ha! Not quite that bad. I do wish I’d had my Nikon but so it goes.
Seems a very rugged wilderness – just what the soul needs to feel rejuvenated!
Exactly. It was wonderful!
I’m glad you made it home safely! Best of luck getting your images off your phone. I finally bought a memory stick that fits my phone so I can get them off loaded somewhat easier.
It’s not just the phone but my One Drive. Good old Microsoft. 😬
I hope it’s going well…the off loading and transferring!
I caved and increased my Microsoft/OneDrive storage so I should be able to get my phone photos off and onto my laptop without too much of an issue although that always means interacting with Apple, so who knows? 🙂
That’s why I bought this memory stick..to avoid having to deal with apple and emailing myself every image on my phone!
I’m glad you found a way to get it done.
What flummoxes me is that not all the photos on the phone show up when I plug it in, which is both weird and highly annoying!
I’m not positive but, when that has happened to me and I did a bit of research it seems like those missing images are in your cloud account.
It should be a whole lot easier to manage en mon avis.
It seems to me that the ones that don’t show up are the ones imported from somewhere else. That would be so Apple-exclusive that it wouldn’t surprise me at all. What memory stick did you get? I might consider that.
I bought the iXpand Flash Drive Luxe.
So far it’s worked well for me.
You and it are doing fabulously. Keep cllicking!
You can count on that!! 😉
🤗
So pretty with the snow in the background. Not something we see too often.
I loved being in the desert with the Joshua Trees and seeing snow as well. 🙂 Love the contrast.
Yes, that area is a land of contrast even without the snow. Unique to have the snow with it.
And I almost always enjoy seeing snow. Lol.
Of course you do. lol
