Today I offer you two sets of two blue doors from Philadelphia (with the red, white, and blue hiding behind the TREE.) Red, white, and blue is seen in the second shot as well on a classic car in a Fourth of July parade. Hats off to our veterans!

It makes life much more interesting when power boxes become works of art. In this case, I’m also happy that some of them are blue.

for Thursday Doors 7.15.21 and Life in Colour: blue

These next weeks I’ll be trying to find blue doors to combine Thursday Doors and Life in Colour: blue. Our younger daughter is currently working in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in the governor’s mansion where she and a number of others are doing restoration of various kinds. She sent me photos of some doors, including this first one, the only blue one. Need I mention that neither of these is from the mansion? 🙂 You’ll have to wait to see those.

There are lots and lots and LOTS of pickups where we lived, some jacked up so high you’d need a stepladder to get in and too many that are quite loud. This one has a different feature to make you look twice and, in this case, smile! Rubber ducky, you’re definitely the one.

Oh, yes, don’t forget the blue door. 🙂

There’s nothing like a blue door…unless it’s three blue doors…and three blue-framed windows as a bonus.  Although you can’t really see the other door lurking between #40 and #2, it’s down there.  Lots of door bang for my photo buck at this Philadelphia location.
