I did mention I had more edits from from with editing the other day. Here are a few I had fun making using the Matter app. Thankfully I’ve never seen anything like this at the park, although it would be quite something! 🙂

This is a new challenge for me. I haven’t played around with editing for quite some time, realizing when I started that one reason was that it takes so much time because there’s always just “one more thing” to try. 🙂

I shoot nature almost all the time, so it was just a matter of deciding what to try. Here I used double exposure and then played with color. I really love how this one turned out, delicate and ethereal.

Distressed FX gave this tree a very different look, but one I also like.

And a bit of fun with editing, because it’s a magical time of the year. 🙂

You see plenty birds perching on the tops of houses, but you don’t often see a duck there.  I decided to have a little editing fun with this photo of a duck atop the house across the street.  If I were channeling my inner Andrew Wyeth, it might have looked like this.

It’s time to pair six words for Saturday with a photo.  A few weeks ago I had only my iPhone when I spotted the first egret of the season.  It was very shy and even though I was at quite a distance, as soon as I stopped, it took off.  Needless to say, the resulting photo was less than stellar.  But I played around with some editing and came up with something I thought was fun and looked like the same egret during four various season.  I could have called it “Making the best of a bad shot”, but that’s seven words and Type-A people like me always try to follow the rules.   🙂

Those are my six words for Six-Word Saturday.  Here’s the result of playing. Can’t play all day, though, as I have to work. 😊   I hope you enjoy your Saturday!

Relaxing in the chair a few days ago, I took a photo of my cup and saucer and then had some editing fun with my Glazed and Picasa apps. Here are some of the results that I particularly liked.  Any favorites?
