My nomination for this travel photo challenge came from Su at Zimmerbitch. Same old same old: one travel photo, no explanation necessary. Today’s invitation goes all the way to Finlan, where Ritva is trying to survive the dark of a Scandinavian winter. Take us away to somewhere sunny, Ritva, and if you do, link or pingback to my post/blog. Or just enjoy my photo when it gets dark.

Here’s another rose from Los Gaviotas, Baja California. Can’t you just feel the softness? May your Friday be this beautiful.

The venue for our daughter’s wedding is Las Gaviotas in Baja California, Mexico. It’s a beautiful community built up the lower side of a hill. The houses are close, but every house has a view of the ocean and many of them have wonderful doors. Here are just a few from one of my morning walks.
