While it’s true that we did have a margarita or two while in Baja California (also known as Mexico), we weren’t wasted. We were on a mission to check out the place where our older daughter will be married this fall. A beach wedding (the beach seen here) will be as lovely as is the surrounding area.  I had several wonderful mornings walks and found the perfect spot on the far side of the rocks you see here, out of the wind, to enjoy the sun later in the day.

(Six-Word Saturday)

Over the Memorial Day weekend, I spent some time in Baja California with our daughters and our older daughter’s fiancé. The wedding will take place in Mexico, so we were there seeing the location, having our hair done (found our styles), choosing food for the wedding as well as eating delicious food, tasting wine, and just relaxing. Our beach community provided plenty shots of the ocean, flowers, and (of course) doors. But it’s Friday, so that means flowers are the feature. I couldn’t choose just one, so I chose three shots.

Not only am I back home, I’m back at work today through Sunday. And welcome to June!
