How can it already be September? The summer, for us in the northern hemisphere, has flown by, school has started, and people are thinking thoughts of fall, or of spring in the other half of the world. Fridays come and go, bringing new photo challenge themes each week. This Friday’s theme is “Mirror“, a theme that even now brings Snow White and the Wicked Stepmother to mind. But I don’t have a wicked stepmother, so I’ll have to reflect on something else instead. (Although I guess my photo really is “Mirror, mirror, on the wall!”)
This former door, probably from a medicine cabinet, provided interest in a now-defunct coffee shop. I like the depth it gives an otherwise uninteresting wall and the character provided by not using a conventional mirror and frame.
