for Six Word Saturday…9.26.20

Art about the town isn’t just the perquisite big cities. It’s popping out everywhere including Sheridan, Wyoming, one of Wyoming’s largest cities at under 20,000. When our younger daughter and I went to town one day, she asked to walk past the mural across from the library. Here are a couple shots from that, starting with her doing something I couldn’t do, even if I weren’t taking a photo.


The west branch of the DuPage River runs through downtown Naperville, Illinois and next to it is a beautiful 1.75 miles of paths, fountains, bridges, statues, and more.  It’s the perfect place to stroll on a sunny spring day or to sit on a bench relaxing on your day off.  Take a walk with me.  It’s more fun with a friend.

Anyone for green eggs and ham? They might be a little cold, though. But the Cat in the Hat was dressed for the weather…or something. Now if we could just find Thing One and Thing Two…
