L’église means “the church” and this one’s ogive windows are beautiful. Nothing more need be said, except that it can be difficult to get a good stained glass photo with a camera. I was happy to see how these turned out.

it’s beautiful!!! I loved it as a child to invent stories while watching the windows… it helped a lot when it was boring in church on sunday ;o)
And there are stories in the windows themselves, of course. They’re just so beautiful.

The stained glass windows are beautifully captured by you. Pretty!
Thanks, Ruth. I was happy to see that the shots came out well and at least conveyed some of the beauty of the windows.

Nicely done! Those are so hard to capture well, you did a great job. Janet.
Not bad for a phone, eh? I’m happy the shots turned out well, as otherwise I couldn’t show how beautiful the windows are.
I have awful one that I attempted with a DSLR – nice job.
Beautiful windows. How time consuming it must be to get all those just right! Thanks for sharing.
It’s always fun to share such beauty, J2. 🙂 Happy midweek.

Good work metering on the windows to get the colors and details to stand out. They are beautiful windows!
Thanks, Deborah. It’s nice that the iPhone 5s allows me to adjust the light!

Have a very HAPPY week 🙂
Thanks. You too. Just sent you an email about the arrival of my package. 🙂 🙂 What a great surprise!
Beautiful! I love stained glass.
Janet, these are beautiful. The time of day and weather were in your favor for these lovely window photos!
The sun outside really helped, but I’m happy with how they turned out. 🙂
Beautiful windows Janet. The colours and patterns are magical.
I thought so, too, Su. I’m happy you enjoyed them. 🙂
