Great shot.
Your email pic was much smaller and more easily taken.
The large size in this page is very confrontational (in your face). I had to step back a few feet to take it in – like in a museum.
I so understand that. My mother used to cook and pickle fresh beets, and that was all I ever knew. When I finally tasted the canned stuff I could see why people said they didn’t like beets.
I only discovered roasted beets quite recently, and that’s taken my appreciation to a whole new level. I’m also really fond of grated raw beet in salads.

Beetroots & radishes J?
All beets, MB.
The red beets I have not previously seen. Guess I don’t know everything.
I’m so sorry. That must come as quite a shock. Take some time to relax and recover. 😱😛😉
so full of life
And tasty. 😉😘
I can go crazy with my camera at a market.
Have done so myself! 😁
One word response-enticing!
Thanks! 🙂
the vividness of the red tones really beet me…

Happy Sunday, Janet

I would never beet someone in the face, Randy, so don’t worry. 🙂 Did you have to veggie-tate awhile before making that comment?
good one, Janet 😉
Veggie heaven – I could eat them right now. A tasty addition to the challenge – many thanks
My pleasure, Debbie. 🙂
That’s my kind of shopping. Roast beets? Yum.
When I was growing up, the only beets I knew came from a can and I hated them. My first taste of a roasted beet salad made me a convert!
